Keith E. Rounsaville focuses his
practice in the areas of antitrust litigation and counseling,
including representing clients in civil and criminal
investigations by federal and state enforcement authorities. His
broad experience includes representing plaintiffs and defendants
in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation and
intellectual property litigation.
He is a Board Certified attorney
in Antitrust and Trade Regulation in the state of Florida, and
serves as chair of the Antitrust & Trade Regulation
Certification Committee for The Florida Bar. He holds the
highest rating assigned by Martindale-Hubbell. He has received
numerous recognitions from his peers, including most recently,
Chambers USA, where he was ranked number one in Florida
in antitrust law. He is listed in America's Leading Lawyers
for Business, Best Lawyers in America and Florida
Super Lawyers.
Prior to joining Litchford &
Christopher, Keith practiced for more than 30 years in Central
Florida and the Tampa Bay area. After law school, Keith was an
associate with O'Melveny & Meyers in Los Angeles. He then served
in the United States Marine Corps as a Captain, JAG, and was a
certified military judge. After leaving the Marines, Keith moved
to Tampa, and practiced for 26 years with the Trenam Kemker law
firm, before joining Akerman Senterfitt, where he served as
chair of the firm's antitrust and trade regulation practice
group in the Orlando and Tampa offices.
Keith is a member of The Florida
Bar, the State Bar of California and the District of Columbia
Bar.
Keith graduated with departmental
honors from Yale University and then received his law degree,
cum laude, from the Columbia University School of Law.
He is admitted to practice before
the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of
Appeals for the Fifth, Eleventh and District of Columbia
circuits, as well as the United States District Courts for the
Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the United
States Court of Claims and the United States Court of Military
Appeals. |
