My responsibilities included participating in trial strategy, preparing all written submissions, and preparing witnesses to testify. In my third and fourth year, I took primary responsibility for daily tasks on a case involving business torts. My responsibilities included managing all discovery matters, preparing all written motions and submissions, and all trial preparation. I was involved as co-primary counsel in a class action lawsuit pending in federal court involving a large retail chain store.
