Mark K. McCulloch is a paralegal serving all aspects of
Litchford & Christopher's practice areas. He has particular
experience in contract negotiation and employee dispute
resolution.
Currently a law student at the Barry University School of
Law, he has been with the firm since 2005, when he moved from
the northeast. He started as a law student at the Western New
England College School of Law in Springfield,
Massachusetts.
Before starting law school, Mark served as a court reporter
and legal writer for 12 years at various newspapers in
Massachusetts, covering all levels of the state and federal
court system. He became the senior editor for Turley
Publications, Inc., an independent 15-newspaper publishing
group. Among his many responsibilities was coordinating public
records and FOIA requests, as well as providing input and
pre-publication review on libel law issues.
Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree in communications
from Emerson College in Boston, and earned his M.P.A. from
American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts.
He is expected to graduate with his law degree in 2008.
