David A. Beyer is an associate working in all
aspects of civil litigation and appellate matters. Prior to
joining Litchford & Christopher, he served two years as a
judicial law clerk for the Florida First District Court of
Appeal in Tallahassee, Florida. Notably, he clerked for two
judges during his time there, Judge Ricky Polston and Judge
Paul Hawkes. David's government experience is an asset to
Litchford & Christopher's clients and serves to further
expand the firm's talent base.
He is a member of The Florida Bar.
David received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from
the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his law
degree, magna cum laude, from the Florida State University
College of Law. While in law school, he received awards for his
outstanding academic achievement in the areas of property law,
federal taxation and international litigation. He was a member
of the Florida State Law Review, serving as an articles
selection editor. He also held an executive board position on
the Florida State Business Review. David worked as a clerk
intern for Chief Judge Edwin Browning at the First District
Court of Appeal.
David is admitted to practice before all state courts in
Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the
Middle District of Florida.
